By this way we avoid disagreeable situations, like those evidenced in a Gibson & Schmidman study on a sample of 123 American Companies. According to this study, 23% declared themselves unsatisfied and deciding not to use new technologies, while only 16% succeeded in correctly using them within the first year of adoption.
